Has anybody used or seen one of those backup cameras mounted in the third brake light ? Since I have a Edge CTS that is camera ready I have been thinking about getting one. I see where one place had the camera/brake light housing for $ 300. Hopefully I can find one for much cheaper than that.

i installed one of those $100 wireless cams that are sold at many parts stores. it worked ok. the picture was sometimes a bit fuzzy due to it being wireless. i mounted it between the bumper and hitch, to help me align a trailer. the lense started to get cloudy with age.
but i ended up taking it out, since i had a job that didnt allow any wireless transmiting devices on the property. now i just get out to align my trailer. lol
