Is it at all posable to stack programers/chips on a 97 powerstroke and would it be benaficial if so what is a good stack all ready has a banks 80 hp chip in it :cool:

Yes you can stack a box that controls injector control pressure "icp" with a programmer, but you do not want to stack anything with a chip that is stuck into computer. On a 97 it is pointless to stack though, injectors are maxed out with a good chip. I would say that its already running about as good as it can hp wise. twildman might come along and cover anything i missed.
