1) Whats the difference between a regular cab and an standard cab?

2) What does LT, SLT ect...stand for? I know it means the type of trim but what do they stand for? Does LT=Leather Trim??

3) About how far would a stock Duramax make it up a flex ramp? (both front and rear flex)

no difference in a reg cab and standard, just how nomenclature has changed over the years
LT-- not leather trim because certain vehicles you can have an LT and not have leather--luxury trim
