I plan on using TCW3 2 Stroke and was wondering how much everyone uses? I also would like to know if it is OK to put it in after the tank is already full? I know the best time would be before I fill up just wonder if it would hurt if I already had it filled?
I read 1 OZ per 2 gallons and I also saw one person state he put in 20 oz plus 8 oz of PS in a 25gallon tank. Wouldn't that be over lube?
One more thing. I already have 8 OZ of PS in each tank and they are both 20 Gallon tanks. Will it hurt to have both? Thanks to everyone!

I ran a quart through the first time, then I used the 16oz bottles for every fill up. Unless you get really crazy I don't know that you can over lube. I still have some Stanadyne Lubricity Formula left, so once that is gone I may go to the 2-stroke oil as stated. I use the stanadyne Performance Formula along with the TCW3 oil, I figure lube is lube and they are both designed to do the same thing sooo....

So will it hurt to put it in on top of a full tank? Will it mix in good enough?

You should be fine.
At first run with a fill up it will be slightly dry, but as the fuel returns it will mix. The question then is how long does it take to mix.
I would also recommend either an additive or 2 stroke. Additive offers the lube, and cleaners, etc... 2 stroke offers lube.
Mixing both to me is a waste of money.
You can't really over lube, but "to much" is just a waste of money.
On my 03 I use Opti-Lube XPD and just dump some in. I generally run mine to a 1/4 tank which is between 18 and 20 gal. So more or less I am fairly accurate with the dose. I also go with a 1/2 oz a gal but it is recommended between 1/4 and 1/2.
More or less you don't have to be perfect. If you fill your truck at the same level, just keep doing so and dump some of whatever you chose to use in. You will be just fine.

Thanks, I will just add some on top and go with the 200:1 mix so that would be 12.8 Oz for 20 gallons. I will just dump in 13 oz. I will most likely use both for a little while as I have had a stuttering while cruiseing at 65. Little to no throttle at all and only if I am around 65MPH or more. Anything less and no stuttering. So using both for a while will clean and lube it. I was told possibly the metering rod.

It will better than waiting until your next fill-up. Like kcb37 said it will eventually mix.
OnEdit: Also, as the tank empties the fuel will slosh around more in the tank helping the mixing process.

Been running the tcw-3 2 stroke from Walmart now for 2 yrs(don't need anything more expensive). I started off adding 16oz to 25gal but experimented around and found that 8oz per 25 gal is all u need to make a difference.

I run 1 gal to 100 gals of fuel and 2, 80 oz bottles of power srervice silver, but I am also running jet fuel and have been for the last 2.5 years, found if not enough lube is added the injector will fail
