Greg Landuyt with www.lubespecialist.com (http://www.lubespecialist.com) (user name LanduytG) installed his first Racor kit with the WIF sensor and the 200W heater on my truck yesterday. This kit is top-notch. Like Greg said, it took us about 2 hours total, but we talked alot and took our time. The kit is very professional in materials and workmanship. When installed, everything under the hood looks like it came from the factory that way. We tested the WIF sensor when we were done with the installation, and everything worked perfectly. Just primed the fuel from the factory location, and after about 20-30 pumps, all the air was removed. Greg was a great guy to work with, and I am very happy with the factory-appearing kit. Greg should have the pictures and installation instructions up in a couple of days, and more complete kits ready in about a week. I am going to the dealership tomorrow, and I bet the techs won't even realize it is on there, unless they put it on the lift!

What changed under the hood? I was under the impression that all changes took place near the fuel tank? Do the electrical connections tap into that under hood loction or is it fuel also? Not concerned just curious?

The wiring harness for the WIF sensor and the heater routes up to the under-hood fuse hub, and a wire also runs to the harness connection above the driver's side valve cover. This wire is to activate the factory WIF sensor. The harness is fused with a relay. Greg should have pics up within a day or two.
