Checked the resistance on each glowplug (wire removed) and I'm getting around 0 ohms. Is this correct? My Hanes book says anything under 1 ohm is good.

A test light works well to, connect the ground to the positive battery post and then touch the probe on the glow plug terminal.

I hate to sound like a geek but I hope everyone is zeroing their ohm meter and test leads before they make a meaningful measurement under 1 ohm.:exactly:

And with the test light be sure to unplug the glow plug you are testing first.
