Does a 500rwhp dd ok maybe 430-480 we're trying to get there;) has to be head studded? Its a 06 lbz we dont need biggder injectors yet do we?Man this is a disease that i'm certainly not looking for a cure for:drool:

There are a ton of 500+ trucks running around without studs. I have guys that have run up to about 70 psi without studs.

As for injector nozzles they are needed but you can adjust your tuning to be safer on the engine if you have slightly larger nozzles.

I know a few 750hp+ dd trucks. I'm well into the 500rwhp range and have no head studs or injectors. I'm in the process of puttin mpi twins on keepin it turned down till motor build and gettin injectors and will be into the 650rwhp soon. This is my dd also. I was told that rods will have problems before the head gaskets.
