Has anyone had this problem? I just had a new turbo from a 03 California emissions engine. Mine is an 01 purchased in Michigan. I never had an overboost with my old turbo at 32-34 psi boost.

Would the 03 turbo create this overboost code?

I am all reflashed with all computer updates and we did it again manually just to be sure.

It seems to only happen in 5th gear when the boost sustains 24 psi.

What can I do to fix this or can the overboost sensor be bypassed?

I to had a new turbo put on a month ago , a 04, that had 35,450 on it , and I will get codes 234, and 238, and 101, the first two have to do with turbo overboost , and the latter is map senser related, I was wondering if the STEALER has updated thier reflash to defuel at overboost , because that is what mine is doing now , not all the time but you can tell when it defuels at high boost, It also will make the trans flare at shifts when this happens
