After putting on a 4" complete turbo-back system, there is a weird problem. The check engine light comes on and the truck seem to stall, or act like it's running out of fuel. Is this just caused by the EGR? Would installing the Finger Stick fix this stumbling problem? Or would I need the block-off plate as well? Thanks for any info!

thats not weird you need a fingerstick do a search for finger stick and it will answer your question and problem and i would say do the blocker plate also

the finger stick only masks the check engine light, or code, from the new open exhaust. since you have much less backpressure your EGR has no idea whats going on and sends wierd signals and truck runs like crap. The blocker plate will solve that while still keeping it enabled. So, get teh blocker plate to solve the egr problem and the finger stick to hide the code.

Stick does not "hide" the code. It prevents it. Blocker plate is not needed, but can be added without problems.

It's a low boost error probably (that's what I got). Do like they say stick it and block it.;)

Any differences in the stick installation/operation on the '06? Seems it has a computer that's more of a hybrid LLY/LBZ, and it has the new air cleaner.

I don't know if the stick will work on the '06, though the principal is the same.
Guess I need to go look at one of these beasts.

I have an 05' and I did the Silverline 4" SS exhaust turbo back.. (removed the kitty) and I have not had any engine codes.. and the truck seems to run fine (knock on wood) Should I be thankful and not mess with anything or should I do this stuff your talking about?
