I've done tons of searches on tire pressure when pulling and most say put your fronts at 25-35 and rears around 50. My question is how should this vary with different track conditions? Hard tracks, soft tracks, loose, etc?

I guess no one knows

Looser track less tire pressure, tight track more press. The wrong tire press. can induce bounce/tire chatter and will break stuff fast.

I run 24 in fronts and 40 in rears

tire pressures seem to be a big secret among most pullers. i have a hard time getting anyone to help me figure out pressures. matching tire pressure to the track is major key to successful pulling. probably more than straight up horse power

In my brief experience with sled pulling thus far, it seems that soft/loose tracks are more sensitive to tires/pressure than a good tight track. A friend and I have the same trucks(04.5-05 CCSB) both running ATZ's. His are at least 2 inches wider than mine and he'll air down to 45psi rear and 30-35psi front. I drive my truck to the pulls so I don't air down at all. I usually have 55-60psi all the way around and the last couple pulls I've beat him by 0.6' and 0.2'. Is my truck making more power than his? Shouldn't be since he is running a 68mm cheetah.

I drive mine to pulls too . I take a 1500 watt inverter and a 3 gallon compressor so I can air back up .

One thing I'm trying tonight is have a 10psi bias between the front tires. Driver side-35psi and passenger side-45psi and the backs are at 55.

I wouldn't run that much pressure, but i run the fronts diff too.

Honestly I don't know how much of a difference it made. It was my first time to this track and they had a NTPA tractor event first then ran the locals. They had all diesel trucks in one class. So the sled was set heavy for the 2.6 trucks and the track was very tight. Well I'll tell you how it worked for me! I ran 35 and 45 in my fronts and 55 in the backs on a set of wore out Firestones. I'd been alot better off to leave them all at 65 and spin a little than to get the traction I got. My run was similar to yours, just feel like I had too much bite on a sticky track.
