and the EGR and DPF on the 07-10 trucks?
and what about fuel economy tunes? any good ones out there or should i just got for EFI live from duramaxtuner.com?

Super easy too take the egr out with tuning. Just a matter out just unchecking the box. Not sure about the dpf, because I have an 06, but I would bet it would be easy.

I try not to uncheck the box. I find that just selecting the code just to the right of that and set number 3 to where there is no error reported

The point was it is very easy to do.

Oh yeah its super easy.. I guess with a diesel it doesn't matter how you do it.. when I did it with my car I unchecked the box and when they plugged on the OBDII it said it was not ready..
