Anyone know what year the Express vans started having the side doors on the drivers side as an option?

Starting my shopping list.

I believe 03 when they changed the body style. I googled 2003 express van driver side door and found some pics of some used ones for sale with the driver side barn doors

lotsofmiles what happened to your truck I noticed it said dead @ 328k?? I see you are from Albion, one of the only shops I trust to work on my van in the country is in Marshall just down the road from ya. I watched your video, I see you are a drive-a-way driver. I take it you pull mostly out of the Elkhart - Mishawaka area? When Expediting got slow I looked into it, but all the drivers I talked to said that the RV industry got slow to, this was back in 08. I hope it has picked back up, expediting has but the rates are still to low. Hard to make money out here when everyone and there mother can buy a used van and are willing to run for peanuts:mad:

I had a trailer hooked up going to quebec. Picked it up in elkhart co and brought it home. Pulled out of the house at 5 am. Made it 5 miles from home. Nicked a brick laying in the road. It musta tumbled up and nailed my driveshaft. Took out both shafts, all 3 ujoints, trans, fuel cooler, tank, abs module, holes in floor board. About $6500 damage looks like. Dealer has it now.....

Trailers have been BUSY this year. More work available than I can do. They've been calling asking if my truck is fixed yet too. Hope the work load holds out a couple weeks so I can run some more once the truck is fixed.

There's a thread in drivetrain section titled 'brick vs driveshaft'
