I have about 5k miles on my 04 D/A and I have been running the Edge for abour 1000 miles. I have not had any problems with going into limp mode or anything, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to the transmission that would help it with the extra HP.

When I bought the truck I did not think I would be modifying it so soon and I bought an extendend warranty. But now I'm addicted to the power and have the need for speed.

Should I just let it ride and hope I don't have any problems. And if I do just remove the aftermarket stuff and have the warranty take care of it? Or is there something that I can do for the trans that would not effect the warranty?

Thanks

If you use the power conservatively and in moderation you shouldn't have an issue ...

Once you open the Allison up forgetabout the warranty .... There is nothing that can be done that IMO that GM would warranty ...

I wouldn't want them reversing any changes as any problems that you had when you turned UP the power would return ...

Any extended warranty covers more then the tranny nonetheless ...
