I have an 2005 CC LLY, with the programmer on after getting on it then letting off, once i go to get back on it the throttle bogs the motor down seems like it is limiting fuel to the motor. Anyone got any ideas?

I was told today with with the most responsive set up on I might be dumping too much fuel into the motor causing it to slow itself down some how i am guessing through the ecm til the motor has released all the fuel. Nite Train 11-16-2005, 08:31 PM Just reading through some old threads and saw this one about defueling during shifts with the Edge. I was having the same problem with it defueling on all shifts even with it set to 4-5 only. It shifted like crap all the time. Have always had the Juice on 3/5 cause Mr. Tranny is still stock. Well I picked up a Power pup from another forum member and uploaded the level 1 50hp tune. I set the edge to 2/5 and all I can say is WOW! I has alot more bottom end power and it shifts firm enough to chirp 2nd gear with my stock 245s. It shifts so much better. I don't buy into the whole Edge doesn't stack well with others now. It will be P1093 city!:) To get the Edge to stack well with HOT tunes (such as the PPE Hot Xcellerator) you need to shim your releif valve. ---Ben | ||
