To start with, I turned mine in so that it was the same length as the stock waste gate actuator when measuring from the bracket to the bolt that goes to the waste gate arm on the turbo..............made atest runn and got only 24-25 psi of boost.........then I started moving it in and probably ended up at 6 or 7 full turns from where I started............

I see 30-31 psi post CAC consistently now...........and it does not waiver.........

With my Xtreme one full turn was approximately 1 psi of boost..........

I do not know what other programs will do for fueling, but you are running the stack, so then you will probably get the same results........

Just adjust slowly..........it's a PITA, but once you get it dialed in it's worth it..........

I thought from previous posts that you can set it by using an already measured psi air supply. Looking at getting a big head, but I still have more reading to do.

Set initial lift at 28 psi.................

It tells you how many turns to get close to a certain PSI in the directions when you get it

Why banks didnt make it easy to turn that rod is beyond me......PITA but anywho......I'm thinking of fanagling a flat spot on the rod to get a wrench on

After you have removed the two nuts that hold the BIG HEAD to the bracket and removed the nut at the waste gate arm..............all you have to do is connect an air line with 30 psi of pressure to the BIG HEAD and extend it to easily remove it, loosen the jamb nut and turn it in...........reconnect and test..........I tested mine 3 times to dial it in and actual left mine at 28 psi for a few days to make sure no spikes in boost appeared or turbo barks...........

I then went in two turns and I am sitting at 30 psi now with no issues whatsoever.

Once you set it up there is no reason to go back and adjust it agian..........
