Hi guys,
I just took my LML to my buddy at the GM shop with the H&S tune installed, not restored to stock, and the last 4 digits of the latest ECM update was 6251. All of my H&S part numbers on my "show settings" screen are the same as before. I'm not sure if the 6251 is the latest update or not. Anybody have any experience?

Not 100% sure what you are asking here?

Are you wanting to be at the latest GM software? Depending on many other things, your H&S tuning may not use the latest GM calibration. We have to tune each calibration, which takes hundreds of hours. In order to keep tuning consistent and save time we often use an older GM calibration for tuning and only periodically update when we feel it is necessary. These older calibrations are proven to work with our tuning and keeps trucks running just as the tuning was designed.

Yes, I'm curious if anybody knows the part number of the latest GM calibration. From what you're saying, however, is I don't really need that as long as I keep my HS software up to date?

There are 9 calibrations on every truck's ECU, and each truck can have a different 9 sections than the next. It all depends on how the truck is configured from the factory.

If you give me a VIN I can tell you all your truck's latest calibrations, but that really will not help much if you are installing an H&S Product. The H&S will use our own calibrations to tune the truck.
