Denali HD with Bullydog tuner - been running tuned (performance) for about 2 months now. This week-end I tried 4-low for the first time. I can feel it engage and you can tell it's engaged when shifting into drive or reverse - but even full throttle barely makes the RPM's move and the truck doesn't move. 4-high all works fine. Programmed back to stock and all works fine. Tried this twice now with the same results. Anyone else with a Bullydog run into this problem?

Sounds like a bug in the tuning. Did you call Bullydog?

Programming issue. Have you updated the firmware or is there an update available?

Bully Dog Needs to fix all there tunes

We have had pretty good luck with their stuff for people that want something basic and don't want to delete emissions. Obviously if you are looking for more power or deletes there are other routes.

There is an update for this. Make sure you update your tuner, or call the tech department

Just did another update this morning. Still same problem. On hold with tech support as we speak.

Have you had your truck in for service recently? Just wondering if they may have done an update to your truck that bully dog doesn't completely recognize?
Still seems weird that it happened out of the blue and will not recover with the bully dog update....
I hope they get it straight for you...

They just fixed it! Spent a while on the phone with tech support - sent me a new download and all works good. Very happy with tech support (Nick). Should be a new download on the site shortly.

I love it when companies use the buying public as their beta testers. Yeah...not so much. In rushing to release "the next greatest thing" to boost sales...programmers and proto engineers don't get a chance to really test and correct stuff under all conditions, out to the consumer it goes. Properly testing for this issue should have been a no-brainer basic. Glad it's working but it's a shame a little more effort wasn't put in at the front end so at the back end both the consumers and tech support wouldn't have to scramble around so much. Not a knock on Bully so much as a knock on the tuner industry in general.
