does anyone know if you can take out the dpf, put a piece of exhaust pipe back in then drill holes in the pipe an install the sencers?:confused:

You will have to have a DPF delete tuner for the electronics part. Which for right now is only H&S Performance.

I was just wandering if, by puting the sencers back in it would read them and fool them and not regen. Then you would have your dpf removed but not have to have a programmer.

Even a clean DPF has resistance because of it's design, I think the sensors are a little too sensitive to fool in the manor you are suggesting. It is a good thought though, why mess with reprogramming when a simple fix will do?

Doubt it, Banks does not mess with emissions stuff. To be honest though, I am not 100% positive.

It's not that easy! You'll have to have programming. Besides, the whole purpose is to stop the regen from using the extra fuel, so basically the truck is regening for no reason.

Banks doesn't make DPF delete anything. They do have a fancy tip for around $500 though. :D
