Doesn't matter if it is dry heat or humid. It's just plain hot. Turning on a fan is similar to the effect of a convection oven. Same principle. Son lives in Lake Havasu City, AZ. They had 126 this Summer. House and car AC's just about ineffective. They turn the H20 heater off as the cold water from the tap is shower temp. Forget about leaving a video, or CD in your truck too long, they turn to liquid. Some local video stores have warning signs DO NOT leave your video in your car, and they have some returns on display, that look like a Salvador Dali painting. Forget about putting a wrench down, you will not be able to pick it back up. You can't even change your oil, because the driveway is like laying on hot coals.
