I'm steadily reading and learning here but I got the Triple Dog with Outlook on my 05 right now and am fed up with the defueling lag as well. Since I don't race and don't dog my truck I've lived with it for 2 years figuring I was saving the tranny anyway.
Now I just got a deal on a PPE standard and so many people talk so good about it I couldn't turn it down.

My question is who out there is running the outlook monitor with the PPE tuner? How does that work exactly? is it basically the exact same thing, you just can't change the tune levels on the fly??

Does it still do defueling as it monitors the EGT's when your towing? I was thinking that was part of the Triple Dog tuner combo features but I'm confused by some stuff I've been reading on their site? It clearly states it works with all chips/programmers and lists its defueling etc..

I would be very impressed and happy if it still did defueling etc and the only difference was not being able to change the tune on the fly.

What happens with the vertical bar on the right that normally told you what tune you were on with the Bully Dog? Does that go away, is it still there and no matter what you select it doesn't effect the tune you have loaded on the ECM anyway?
