It was fun and I actually ran about what I thought it would........but was hoping for a surprise that didn't happen !!

I haven't raced in a while and only ran 3 times........so there was a lot of relearning going on and some trouble trying to boost and stage at the same time !!

I ran on 2wd.........and tried to launch , boosted at 1800-1900 rpms !

This gave me 10.09-10.14 times !! I "think" I could hit high 9's in 2wd if I boosted to 2000 and let it spin a little ........but I don't think my set up is going any faster than a 9.90 in 2wd !!

I may get tie rod sleeves and try it again launching at 2000+ rpm's in 4wd .........but I don't know !!

Anyway ........smoked a '05 Yukon Denali 6.0 by a couple lengths ........the guy was pretty shocked !! :ro)

Get the sleeves! You'll drop a bunch of time, and have a ball. I've done well over 100 boosted 4x4 launches with more power, and have had 0 problems with the truck. All I have are SD tierod sleeves for upgrades on the front end.

Doesn't seem all that fast, my truck bone stock 2wd ran a 10.69 in the 8th. Seems like you should be a good deal faster, although maybe level 3 hypertech isnt all that strong.
