Quick question is the egt temp probe the same for a CTS monitor as it is a Juice w/attitude? I already have mine tapped and working for the Attitude monitor, think Duramaxtuner and CTS. Thanks

The probe will not work, but you can keep the tapped section in. Take the nut/proble out & reinsert the new probe into the tapped section & you are set. No plugging a hole & retapping required.

Thanks Crashnburn, does the CTS come with the probe or is a seperate order item, how much? Thanks again.

It is seperate. 110 - 145 depending on if you get the EAS system one or not. Get the Eas system one if you want a true boost sensor or turbo timer in the future. Are you looking at getting a cts programer or just the cts attitude monitor? You cannot program with the cts attitude/juice just so you know, but you can switch on the fly.

If you're going with Nick's setup, I just went through the same thing when ordering and it's just a different package that has the EGT probe included for the CTS.

(you can see the CTS w/EGT probe under "DSP5 Switch Options")

I haven't seen where Edge has offered the "true boost sensor" yet. Any word on that?

Very cool, I'll have to look into this since I know the MAP sensor doesn't necessarily read true (esp as they get older).

http://www.edgeproducts.com/product_images/product-large_image-159.jpg Edge’s EAS Pressure Sensor is a 0 - 100 PSIg 1/8” NPT sensor that plugs directly into the Universal Sensor Input system (p/n 98605). Edge’s Pressure Sensor comes equipped with the proper wires and connectors to plug right into the Universal Sensor Input system saving time and money on cutting, splicing, and crimping wire terminals to connect the sensor. Use Edge’s Pressure Sensor to monitor data such as Boost PSI, Fuel Rail Pressure, Air Bag Pressure, Lift Pump Pressure, Pre and Post Intercooler Pressure and many more.

Tolerance: +-1.5% Full Span over temperature range of -20C to 85C and +-2.4% Full Span over temperature range of -40C to 135C.

Thanks!!!

On edit...Am I reading the info right, you have to buy another cord (Part# 98605) to hook to the pressure guage cord (Part# 98007) to make all that work? So that would mean atleast $275 above the cost of the CTS. DAMN!

It would be nice to have an EAS for both Boost Pressure and Lift Pump Pressure.
Overall it's still WAY cheaper than a full set of gauges.
