I would go with an LLY or newer simply because the injectors are easier to swap out. Also low 11's or high 10's are going to take time. I would start with EFI live, and a built trans. Then a big single charger, after that your going to need fuel upgrades. At that power level your bottom end is going to need some attention.

Yea I was thinking about the lly but I know the people that own a car lot
Down the road from me and they said they could get me a lb7 around 3 to 4000 $$$
So I'm kinda leaning that way just because I know I'll be droping a lot of money
In after market parts like transmission injectors fass fuel pump efi live cold air and turbo
Set up.Also have you heard of anyone running triple turbos?!?!?

There isn't going to be anything quick or cheap about making a truck run those times down the 1/4 mile. I think one of the reasons you see a lot of LB7 drag trucks is just for the reason you are saying, they are cheaper to acquire the basic truck.
If you don't care about longevity, you could just build the trans run dual fuelers, bigger injectors, and a lift pump and then spray the crap out of it. It's been done.
But most likely you're looking at least a basic built bottom end if you want it to last for a while (at least have a chance of lasting for a while).
I wouldn't spend money on expensive heads. I'm running stock heads with upgraded hardware and it seems to do just fine.
Then you get to spend money on stuff like a roll bar and a 5 pt harness just because them's the rules.
If you don't need to meet any weight rules for a certain class, I'd make it as light as possible so you don't need to make as much HP to run the times you want to run.
