Here is an experiment every Diesel enthusiast should do. Get a syringe from any place with the needle. I got it from OfficeDepot ink jet refill kit. Close the syringe completely and dip the needle in water. Pull the pump handle gently and you will notice water entering the syringe. You do not really have to work hard to pull the needle.

Now throw away all the water by pumping entirely and dip the needle on cooking oil (clean). Pull the pump handle gently! What do you see! Do you see any vege oil coming in or you see foam?

THATS HOW THICK VEGE OIL IS.

ok, so it is thicker than H2O. . . . don't need a syringe for that. Still doesn't provide any metrics . . . . and if you heat the oil it gets a little thinner . . . and if you remove the FFA it gets thinner yet.

I do not understand the purpose of your post.

Yeah, I don't understand the purpose either. Of course oil is more viscous than water, but what does that have to do with anything?
