has anyone had any experience with warranty direct (extended warranty)

Don’t get anything that doesn’t come directly from the factory. From what I have seen if you do you are bound up in a three way argument and limited on where you can get work done.

I just bought a warranty through them last week. I've done alot of research on this and their coverage appears far better than what GMPP offers. They have worked with my local GMC dealer, so I called the shop and asked them, they have had no issues they could recall with warranty direct.


While I agree there are many aftermarket warranty companies out there which are nothing more than scams, I don't think they fall into this category.


I wish I could tell you more, but it will be a while. I still have 8K left on my Factory warranty, and I'm hoping I won't need to contact them for a while after that.
