Hopefully someone can help me. I cracked the Drivers side mirror on my camper mirrors. Dealer wants $185 to replace just the glass. Can you buy just the glass mirror to replace it? I called the power extend mirror company and they said that while the mirrors are the same, GM has changed the size of the mirror and they cannot supply just the mirror. Does anyone know the part # or where I can get just the replacement mirror cheaper than the dealer? I tried GM parts direct , but they have yet to return my emails.:(

I had one replaced on my old truck at the local glass company. It was reasonabley priced too, only about $18 IIRC.

You might want to check out multivexmirrors.com. $70/pr They have convex replacement overlays that adhere to factory mirrors. They're great, I have'em and they give you much more visable area.

They are expensive. My son is a GM tech and he got me one at cost, still right at 100.00. Sort of a pain to install. There is a trick.
