It's all in the details my friend.;) gthatsgross 08-25-2005, 09:59 PM I have been working on a sputtering problem in a 95 4x4 6.5.It will hesitate just barley enough to notice at about 15 mph but then again at 45 to 54 mph.It will only do it though when I am barley on the fuel.If I accelerate enough to make it shift down it runs fine.I have check the pressure on the port at the front of the engine where you bleed off water and though I have a good flow I don't get pressure on a gauge.I had about 3.5 pounds on another truck at that same check point(a 97 HD) so I swapped the lift pumps and still could not get a reading on the gauge.I have put on a new PMD with a cooler also.
