RDL sells them and ATS sells them that I know. I have a set of the tow flow up pipes from RDL and a BD manifold, I like them. I bought his EGR delete pipe at the same time. It's a nice setup. With new up pipes you'll have to get rid of the EGR. They don't come with a port to go to it. Tony B. has a EGR delete kit too that comes with an LB7 up pipe. RDL and Tony B. are supporting venders here.

I just bought a set of PPE's from alligator performance. They had them shipped to the door for $1169. They are a really nice set of manifolds and up-pipes. The only problem i encountered was while putting them on the very back bottom bolt on the passenger side was a terrible pain to get to. otherwise everything else was as easy or easier to assemble than stock manifolds.
