Has anybody tried mixing vegetable oil and diesel/kerosene and tried to run the Duramax TD 6600? With Diesel cost going up at $2.99 a gallon, and Biodiesel still out of reach, I have two option: make my own biodiesel or use Vege. I am just wondering if anyone have tried 50% Vege + 50% Diesel #2 in the Duramax, that will get the fuel cost by half as if we are paying $1.50 per gallon of Diesel.
