I have a TTS extreme and was wanting to know if a 1600 deg. pyro would be suffice. I have a custom 4 in. down pipe and 5 in. exhaust out to the stacks. Any input is welcome.

nope, you will peg it. actually for racing a pyro does you squat unless you just wana see how far in the red you are. Now towing......then you want a pyro. I believe an xtreme will go over 1800 but I duno???

Affirmative on the 1800+!

When I run the 1/4 mile by the time I am half way down the track my 1500 degree pyro is past pegged.

1810 as measured in the passengerside manifold on a 35 sec full load pull.

All gauges are for is driving around town & towing, last thing being looked at when racing. Auto meter makes a couple of gauges that goto 2000 degs.
