Does this system take away the top speed. i cant go further past 95 about and was wondering if installing this i can break 100

No, it does not remove the speed limiter. If you want to do that, you need to get a handheld programmer like the predator or something similar.

Getting bigger tires might get you to 100 without spending on the programmer.

yeah my tires are 285 right now, and i was just curious about the speed. how is the handling above 100 anyways? thanks for the info..

I only just broke 100 once (also 95 on the speedo running 285s) and it seemed to handle fine going straight. Beat a highly modded Dodge that challenged me to a race on the freeway. He was so impressed that he pulled me over to talk about the truck and I told him my LB7 was running a Juice and 4" exhaust. Said he usually makes minced meat out of Chevys but was impressed my my D-max.

There were no funny tendencies or anything at that speed. Probably drove 2 miles going just over 100. Wouldn't want to try to go around a curve or have to swerve the rig at that speed though. I have no suspension mods. I am sure there are drag raceers here that can advise better than me on going fast though.
