On my lower A-arms there lies a pile of grease that seems to be coming from my boots. Is this covered under the GMPP? If not, will a universal boot kit from NAPA fix this? Thanks. Nick

Rttoys 08-21-2005, 03:37 PM Reading all of the mods. on your truck my quick answer is Censored NO. They are going to see your truck and find every reason possible to NOT have it covered. If by chance, they do cover it, don't be suprised if they charge you extra to work around your suspension modifications. If you have friends at the dealer then you may have a chance, if not don't be suprised if they try to totally void all warranties. :eek: duramaxdiesel 08-21-2005, 04:46 PM I've been really lucky with the dealership that I deal with. A little over a month ago they replaced my water pump and wheel bearing under the GMPP. tophog 08-23-2005, 09:46 PM Is the boot ripped or punctured? My left front got nicked somehow and had a hole in it. Rather then having it replaced I cleaned it real good with alchohol and used some good RTV/glue type stuff and it fixed the leak ...at least for now.
