Does anybody know if Mickey tompson Baja claws are ne good for pulling?

not with lugs, want to dig to much have seen them ran almost bald

There are also no siping in the tread blocks which does not help.

Those tires are no good for anything that i have ever seen. When we used to mud race a guy ran a set with every other bar cut out and they were marginal at best.

Seem to work the best when they are worn down, mine are siped by me. I run them on the road but my STS's work better all around for pulling. Around here a worn down claw was the tire of choice before the STS came out.

like said above. Best if damn near worn out...And if your allowed to sipe the tread by all means do so!

Not to steal the thread but I have a set of Dick Cepek crushers i thought id give a try instaed of my AT's. Are the crushers any good?

I would stick with your A/T's. The Crushers i am running on my truck were originally bought to run on my friends pulling truck that was a 700 hp d-max. He ran them about three times and gave up on them, they would'nt hook for $hit. They may be like the claws and work well when wore down but don't know for sure.

Also not to hijack the thread, are they A/Ts you're talking about BFG A/Ts? Because that's what I have because it is the tire of puller's choice around here, are they any good to you guys?

Most everyone around here runs the STS's.

Stay away from the crushers. I saw a guy last year who had a really nicely built truck with crushers and they gave him 3 tries and the farthest one was 3ft. Every other truck had a normal run. I felt bad for the guy.
