OK to update the newbies.

New 18:1 engine splayed mains - Top to Bottom (1st)
New IP (3rd)
New Puter (Second)
New FSD (2nd)

With the old engine and IP etc i would every once in awhile get a little surge while sitting there idling, maybe once/hr, maybe 5 - 6 times per hour. After eliminating near every component i still have this little hiccup at idle. Throttle is also very touchy when you first hit the peddle with very little movement. TPS?

Suggestions?

Anything your scanner can caputure when it does it?

Tried that, watched about everything that was watchable waiting for it to happen. When it did all i could see was the fuel rate dive from 4-5mm to 0 for a milisecond.

Will the TPS in my 95 work in the 00?

Is it just for a split second? Just a little durp? It just kinda jumps a little for a second? I have had that for about a year now and never really figured it out. I would like to know too what the hell it is.

Yup, just a split second, almost impossible to catch on the scanner. Funny thing is the fuel rate drops but the rpm goes up when it happens? I used to have a surge once in awhile going into reverse also, still waiting for that to show again.
