Well my truck is going into limp mode for the 3rd time because of DEF but lucky for me I have a Mini Maxx & exhaust in the mail. I was really skeptical of doing a emission delete but I'm done with it all now! If only that UPS truck would show up just a little sooner . . .

How come you can't update it? Just curious. As long as you have internet connection and a decent computer you should be able to get that truck up and rolling today.

Or maybe you just need the unlock code for the Off Road capable tuning. In that case we will get you the unlock digits early Monday morning!

Bentley helped me out on the unlock code this morning, I am very appreciative for that but the tuner clearly came without any LML software, when I went to select vehicle there was no LML option.

I use the mini SD card adaptor and the card won't show up on my desktop, if I use my own card reader i can view the files but the card is "read only" I tried it on mac & windows on 3 computers. What am I doing wrong!!

Check your SD card read write switched isn't in the lock position. It says lock with an arrow. Switch should be farthest from the arrow head.

I figured that out yesterday but what threw me is the SD adaptor that came with the tuner did not work at all. I'm gonna post a install report/video clip as soon as i can.
