When you replace the idler arm, do you replace just the arm or the whole thing including the bracket pivot assembly.

NapaOnline.com has two parts number:

NCP 2683715 Arm Only

Should just have to replace the idler arm, when the pivot assembly starts hanging up it's time to replace it. If you're going to replace the bracket spend the extra $100 & get a supersteer, lifetime warranty IIRC.
I don't know if you have a Carquest nearby, they carry Moog replacements, something like $80 & better than Napa replacement stuff.
Plus you can still use the Cognito braces with Moog arms.

If you think you're idler needs replacing because of steering slop, check the outer tierods first. I changed my steering arms do to slop & still had it, changed tierods & problem solved.

the supersteer is life time warrenty. its tightened up my steering too

Fabtech steering kit and supersteer frame bracket have made a huge difference in my steering.
