All of the 1093's I've set in the past were when passing someone like everyone else describes.

Yesterday I was pulling my 5er and stopped to fuel up,(was really low on fuel but no fuel light yet) killed the truck, when I went to crank it it turned over and over and over. Got it running and as soon as it tried shifting I realized I had set the code. I wasn't trying to pass, hell was barely even moving. Then I remembered what made me look down at my fuel gauge, earlier truck felt like it was out of fuel completly. That's why I happened to look down and notice I needed to fuel up, I think I might have actually set the code then.

Don't know if this is new news to anyone, I just know I haven't expierenced it before and thought I would share it, in case it may be of any help.

That's happened to me before too, when I let my Aux. tank get too low then take an onramp too fast or get on a dramatic incline/decline. Usually, I can prevent it from throwing a code if I take my foot off the throttle AS SOON as I feel it starve for fuel, switch tanks and wait for a few seconds before I get back into the throttle. I think the sensor has to see a reoccuring low-pressure situation for it to code, or at least see it over x amount of time . . .
