: Six Gun LLY vs. Predator LB7 Big GMC 08-19-2005, 03:49 PM One is CC SB 2001 Chevy Duramax LB7 with a Predator and a 6 inch lift with 35 inch tires.The other is a CC SB 2004.5 Duramax LLY no lift, but with 20 inch wheels and 305 50 R20 tires. I saw it do it on another truck, so I borrowed it and put it on Blue the same day at the track. It ran 14.2 on Blue. The Predator 100 ran 14.4 on Blue. People say the Banks is "wimpy". On the LLY, I would disagree. Now also understand I ran 13.68 the same day with the PPE/VA Kill stack, which is indeed quicker, but for a single tuner, the Banks is up there with everything but the PPE Hot. I had run it before without the tires and lift but I only ran it on the 85hp and I dont have my slips anymore. IIRC my best time that night was a 15.1. | ||
