I am sure this has been asked. What's the best tuner to use for all stock and keeping dpf. Had a superchips tuner on my last truck loved it, gave a little more power and mpg.

Is a tuner worth it on an LMM if I am only looking for mild hp bump to make driving more entertaining?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

I agree Edge would be a good over all tuner. Either the evoultion or the CS/CTS tuner. All three can be setup to do DPF delete in the future if you wish. Of course remember once you alter the ECM tuning you may have voided your warranty. Banks and Edge module systems offer add HP and leave no foot print except there are other tattle tales like the Allison records the maximum HP input to it but of course these module systems do not offer DPF delete. only a tuner that alters ECM tuning can do that if tunes from it are provided. If you only want 40HP then you be fine with a tuner. Start hitting 90HP or more then the Allison is what will be the next breaking point when in WOT wide open throttle and up and down shifting in the 4th to 6th gears since they are the weakest in clutch pack pressure to hold. Plus increase of HP will usually increase the regen frequency rate. A possible tattle tale to.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I wish GM made a tuner.
