I see the tranny clutch slippage monitor on my Attitude, What is acceptable level of slippage?

It's not only tranny clutch slippage but also TC clutch slippage and it can go quite high depending on conditions. I remember seeing 90% once on my truck. I don't even look at it anymore.

The slippage numbers will be very high until the torque converter locks up. I know from reading there are a few other posts on this that go into depth on numbers that everyone is getting. But once the torque converter is locked up the number should be almost 0.

:exactly: It should read zero w/ tq conv. locked.

With the TC locked iti s normal to see 0 to 0.8%. Once you start seeing more than 1% consistently, time to open the wallet for tranny upgrades.
