The best tuner for mileage is your right foot:D Also any tuner on your new dmax will void the warranty, not worth it IMO.

And welcome to Diesel Place:welcome2:

You need to spend some serious time reading. There are tons of threads on this exact topic in the sections related to your truck year/model.

So do some reading and I think you will find the answers you need.

Or I could just ask and get good responses from members willing to share knowledge. Thanks to all that responded

Um...you've been given "good responses" by the previous posters. GM is very quick to void warranties, and a tuner is a sure way to do it. I've stayed away from tuners until my warranty runs out for this very reason. Even then, I'm not sure I will get a tuner as it can get very expensive replacing a Duramax engine and/or Allison transmission.

The new trucks are very powerful, and duramex had a very good suggestion...drive it a while, you may be satisfied with it as it comes from the factory.

Yeah that's kinda what I said? But I agree with you after reading some of the responses the tuner seems to be very risky and not worth possible problems.
