so summer is around the corner and so are the fairs. pulling isnt huge by me, alot of us just do it t see what what got. my question is im gunna pull my new to me lbz ccsb and all i have modded is intake exhaust and the banks six gun, nothing serious, and im wondering what i should do for pulling. i know i have to get the tie rod sleeves but will they be enough. also is there anything i can do to help like lowering the front end or any thing. thanks alot in advance

read the pulling section in this forum, very informative.

Like said above, check out the stickies at the top of the pulling section. Also, I pulled my 04 Dmax once with the bars dropped all the way (which really did not drop the front at all) and no sleeves with just the rear springs clamped. It just had a Bullydog chip and it went alright down the track. Finished in the top five also. Not the best idea to do it like that but sometimes they are ok.

Yup, keeps the axle from twisting up and taking out the u-joint. This is how most u-joints fail not from them not being big enough.
