sp33d has them. Last I heard he was happy with them. You might want to PM him in case he does't see this thread.

I dont have them yet... But one friend of mine has the kodiak sidewinder steps, and another has the amp steps... Absolutly love the amps steps... they hide better, run the full length and look sharp when lowered. You wont regret them at all...

Still have and love the steps. They aren't as useful on my truck as I thought they would be because I had plans to lift the truck and than decided against it. But they get a lot of comments. Here's a link to my archive of pictures for and after the install:

How hard was the install? Any problems with them? Are they low enough to accomodate a 6" lift?

I've had them on the last two trucks and love them. Both trucks had 6" lifts with 35's. Perfect height for the lift. My 7 month pregnant wife can get in and out of the truck no problem.

Last pic the steps are in the up position.

Install is a little tricky, at least the wiring is. You have to mount the control box under the hood and tap into the body control module. Not too hard just a little tricky if you're not good at electrical wiring. Hopefully the directions are better now than the first ones had. I had to call Amp a couple of times to walk me through some gaps in the directions. On this truck I just paid to have the local shop install them. $1300 installed.

Again, great product and well worth the money.
