i want to get in to pulling. there is a local pulling club that holds about 10 pulls a year first one is in my home town then they travel around. just looking around at the site it looks like im going to have to upgrade, my tie rod sleeves and possibly cognito pitman idler braces, i also am debating doing traction bars or spring clamps. i just bought efi live from nick @Duramaxtuner
truck has 130k miles on it and runs strong shifts good so im pretty shure it will hold up. what else should i look at?? what tune should i use?

Run the biggest tune u have, track permitting. Some tracks u might b better off with a lower hp tune. I would say def get tie rod sleeves, braces or straight link, lower the front all the way down, spring clamps front and rear of spring, and rear stops. If u can hang weight, do it, if not, put some suitcase weights in your floorboard. Have fun man good luck

jjs06lly is spot on just another thing that id like to add whatch other trucks and see how they are reacting to the track and if you start hopping ease out of it DO NOT get out of it completely, this causes the sled to come up on you and possibly whack your truck
