Like the title says. Will a wheel with 5 inch backspacing Work with the cognito ucas? I'm lookin at both 16" and 17" wheels. I'll prolly go with 16"'s but i haven't looked at wut kind of backspacing they make for the 16" wheels i want. Anyone know if this will work?

I don't know about the back spacing but I'd go with the 17" wheel, the 16's are real close to the calipers. I had an 02' hd with 16's and if they put the balancing weights in the wrong place they would actually hit the calipers and eventually tear them off.

This is right from Cognito's website:
Tire and wheel recommendations
It is recommended to use an aftermarket wheel if you are going to run larger than stock tires, but you can run a 285/75/16 or 285/70/17 on the stock wheel. A ¼” wheel spacer may need to be used, and is supplied with the kit. You can run a 33x12.5” tire on an 8” wide wheel with up to 4 ¾” backspacing, and no wheel spacer.
So, the answer appears to be no, but maybe its worth a call to them.
