Is any one haveing any problems with a pop in the ft. end? My 4500 has had this from the time I drove it of the lot and it has been back 3 times and they still cant find it. If you take a on-ramp at 30 - 35 on a rt hand turn you can hear it and feel it in the wheel. Or backing up and turning the wheel from rt. to lt it will pop and shake the cab. I have spent hours looking for a problem and it has spent days at the dealer. It wont do it setting still nor will it do it if the wheels are off the ground.

I have never had any sound come from the frontend of mine. Can it make the sound at a slower speed....like 3-5 MPH?? What I am getting at, is if it can be heard from the outside, maybe the location could be narrowed down.

Do you have a 4X4? I would hear a pop in my front end on my 3/4 ton when backing up or parking. U-joints poping. John

I have the same problem. The dealer is baffled....Imagine that. I also get alot of front end squeak's from the leaf springs in the front.

Yeah same here. It will pop so hard it shakes the cab. it is on the lt side I have 7900 miles on it and its dipping out the lt ft tire.

Its a 2005 4500 2x4
