I think these are what are needed on the rear to run the H2's without swapping the centercaps...

Another thought...I would think that these would push the rears out to match the fronts with the 4" Rancho and Fabtech kits too?

Yup, that's why I run them on my truck. I think GM's look gross with the rear wheels tucked in so much further than the fronts. 2" spacers give such a nice stance. They should be that way from the factory.
