A friend of mine just put his delete pipe on his 2008LMM dually, he bought a PPE tuner used that worked on the truck with the DPF still intact, will this same tuner delete the regen so he can start the truck up already?

i dont think so, ppe turner for dpf delete says do not run the truck with dpf still on and truck tuned, ppe has turners for dpf delete and then just regular tuners, sorry cant be much help i just know that my ppe delete turner says that in the manual

It would have to be sent to PPE. They might upgrade it to a Race version for the LMM at a price.

Ok thanks guys, it ended up being the race version and that explains why it ran kinda like shit right before he took the DPF off because it was obviously completely clogged... the delete pipe is on now and it runs great, just waiting for him to limp the tranny now lol.

if he doesnt get to carried away with it, it should be fine, level 1 w/ 40hp and level 2 w/ 90hp shouldnt be too hard on it, im just keeping my on level 1 and hoping nothing goes wrong lol
