So my question is if I put a hood stack on my truck will the thrust from the exhaust help with down word force on the front end??

the super slim amount that it may push down is most likely unmeasurable, but i heard if you run 2 hood stacks you dont have to hang any weight :D

I thought hood stacks added feet to the end of the pull??????

It will provide just as much downforce as farting in the drivers seat will propel you forward.

You mean how much the fart keeps your rear end planted to the ground. Less tire spinning.

Actually, it will. Look into "bullhorns" for turbo drag cars. Same concept. Ever seen what happens to a top-fuel car that drops a cylinder on the top-end?????? Obviously that is a more extreme example....but again, it is the same concept.

Here's a little comparison......

Bullhorns...

I heard that if you fart right before you start the sled moving that this optimizes the time at which the engine's intake can pull in the methane from the fart at which point it helps your launch.

You have to have your engine's CAI plumbed into the cab to take full advantage.

Said to be good for an extra 4~5 feet at the big end.

It is said to work for gasser pull trucks as well as diesels.

what about pulling indoors with the smoke tube out the back.....will that act like a jet engine and propell me down the track at like 50 mph. just wondering if anyone had seen any kind of results of this. if it works the bigger the better? or do i need more pressure so a smaller pipe. any opinions would help please
