So it appears have both front axel seals leaking. Also i believe my FPR is on the way out. Right now im 400km over my GMPP warranty. I know for a fact that they are gonna be pricks about it. Anybody have any good results with them good willing repairs are that are only slightly over warranty? Its obvious that these problems didnt just pop up in the last 400km.

Dealer told me to beat it!

LOL!

I engaged in a pretty heated yelling match with the service manager and the GM rep on speaker phone. Oh well! im done fighting these pricks. my warranty is officially over!

The only ones I have heard doing something like that was when the owner of the vehicle used said stealership for oil changes, tires, batteries....only if the vehicle owner allowed the dealer to financially rape them did the dealer take it into consideration

any EXTENDED warranty is like that..the day or mile it goes over, that is it.

this has bothing to do with the dealer or even gm really...they will say,"that's all up to gmpp"

All the warranty companies i have seen at the dealer do that to, gmpp included. Nothing we can do its a separate company. We have tried in the past and their response is once the agreement is up, its up, a line in the sand.
As far as it being a issue, customers have a responsibility to bring that to the dealer before the insurance they bought is expired, we see this a few times a week.." its been x x x for a while i just couldn't come in". Really you couldn't stop by for 20 minutes, have it inspected, diagnosed and a repair order written to save yourself xxx.??..then the paper trail is there, the work order is created before the policy expires. After the fact, there is no paper, no proof, no nothing. Thats the policies these insurance companies have in place.
Have you called your policy holder yourself to see if you can get anywhere?

Well i had a wheel bearing really go bad and was on a 200 mile trip home. Not like i could have made it before the warranty was up. Ended up 15miles over when i got it to the dealer

KQT and I are not saying it sometimes may not be fair...but if it's over its over...Christmas sales end at Christmas, your drivers license expires on your birthday, and your warranty ends on a set date/miles
